1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
However, since the plaintiffs are joint lessees, they are judged to seek unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent in accordance with the ratio of 400,000 won per month (1/2 shares x 800,000 won) according to their respective shares.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
