2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

A. On November 15, 2018, the Plaintiff applied for the College Ability Test (hereinafter “instant water ability”) in the year of 2019, and Defendant B is a management personnel in charge of the secondary academic field in the fact that the instant water ability C is located in accordance with Article 37 of the Enforcement Decree of the Higher Education Act.

B. Defendant B did not state the name and examination number of the problem to the Plaintiff, while conducting the examination in the water-related education field of this case, and stated it as a private pension for computer purposes.

C. The following facts are indicated as the competent inspector and examinee’s attention of the instant case.
