On February 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a special injury, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 14, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 14, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the said Jeju Prison on May 18, 2017.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle with C investment vehicle.

On July 18, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 01:25, the Defendant driven the front road of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D along the two-lanes in the direction of the Myeon and Myeon.

Since the location is an intersection where signal lights are installed, in such a case, whether a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident in advance by driving the motor vehicle in accordance with traffic signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left from the right side of the victim E (35 years old) driver’s seat of the victim E (35 years old) who violated the stop signal while entering the intersection as it is, by negligence, went to the right side of the defendant, and went to the left at the left.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the said E, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G (37 years of age) who was on the top of the above rocketing taxi vehicle, by causing about 3 weeks of medical treatment, and, at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victims, even though the Defendant damaged the Fstststa taxi owned by the victim H (H) by destroying approximately 5,873,68 won of repair costs, such as the exchange of Lice pans, and then stopping immediately.
