Reasons

1. Around April 27, 2018, the Defendant was present at the court of Incheon District Court No. 420, 163-ro, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and submitted a false list of property by submitting corporeal movables subject to compulsory execution without entering them in the list of corporeal movables, the market value of which is 300,000 won owned by the Defendant, and without entering them in the list of corporeal movables.
