The defendant is a licensed real estate agent who operates the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Jinju-si B and 1th C.
On August 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arranged a contract between E and F for the sale of forest land of KRW 14678 square meters in 177,60,000 between E and F; and (b) received money exceeding the upper limit of KRW 1,758,240,000 from buyer F as a brokerage commission, by receiving KRW 20,000 from buyer F.
