A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On August 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “C” on the Manyang-gu B and the Do floor at Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, and received 45,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from D, and paid 20,000 won among them to E; and (b) had E perform a similar sexual intercourse with D, including having E do so. From the beginning of July 2014 to August 11, 2014, the Defendant received 45,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from male customers and paid 20,000 won to each female employee as the price for sexual traffic; and (c) had female employees do a similar sexual intercourse with D.
