1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 31, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant, around March 201, opened a business by jointly investing KRW 60 million among KRW 100,000 of the Plaintiff’s mobile phone sales store of KRW 100,000,000,000 for the key money, and around April 2014, sold money exceeding KRW 100,000 for the key money, KRW 150,000 for the key money, KRW 100,000 for the key money, KRW 150,000 for the key money, KRW 20,000 for the key money, and KRW 60,000 for the key money for the Plaintiff’s investment, and thus, the Defendant did not return the Plaintiff’s principal amount
