The plaintiff is an aggregate building management body comprised of sectional owners of A commercial buildings in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

D around August 2007, after purchasing each store listed in the separate sheet No. 1 among the above aggregate buildings and completing the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with receipt No. 103859 on August 14, 2007. The Defendant purchased a store listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant store”) on January 22, 2014 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the same day in the voluntary auction procedure by purchasing the store listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant store”).

The plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking the payment of management fees and late payment fees for each shop listed in the attached Table from January 1, 2005 to October 31, 2008 with the Goyang-si District Court 2008Gadan583, and rendered a judgment in favor of all the above court on February 19, 2009. The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time. Of the above judgment, the part excluding the late payment charges out of the management fees for the portion incurred from January 1, 2005 to October 31, 208 for the store of this case is 27,160,072 won.

In addition, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking the payment of management fees and late payment fees for each shop listed in the attached Table from November 1, 2008 to May 31, 201, 201 with respect to Da (Seoul District Court High Court Decision 201Da32856) and rendered a judgment in favor of all of the above court on November 3, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time. Of the above judgment, the portion excluding late payment charges out of the management fees for the public part incurred from November 1, 2008 to May 31, 2011 for the instant store is 22,615,423 won.

Since then, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking the payment of management expenses and late payment fees for each shop listed in the attached Table from June 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013 with respect to D as the Goyang-gu District Court 2013Kadan45658, and rendered a favorable judgment on March 12, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time. From June 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013 of the said judgment, the said judgment was rendered.
