[Criminal Records] On June 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for an occupational embezzlement, etc. at the Daegu District Court, which became final and conclusive on November 16 of the same year.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a person who actually operated “C” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on March 2013.

1. The Defendant forged a private document at the office above C around March 4, 2013.

Using the inspection tool on the new contract form for the SKT service, it entered "D", "E", and "D" in the applicant column in the customer information column, and signed it next to the name.
