A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of six months and a fine of one million won for a crime of two crimes as stated in the judgment of the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On October 8, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a habitual group, deadly weapon, etc.), etc. at the Jung-gu District Court (around April 19, 2013), and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the first intersection of the North Korean Island on April 19, 2013. On June 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Jung-gu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 6, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On August 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided the said inns so that he/she can gambling “C” on the second floor of inn of the 2st century located in Sncheon-si B; and (b) provided the so-called “bret money” in d, E, F, G, and H, and (c) provided 10,000 won per hour under the name of “Tret money” and “Tret money” in 52 mar-type card; and (d) opened gambling by January 26, 2016 from that time by taking KRW 11 times in total as shown in the annexed Table of Crimes.
2. Gambling: (a) on August 18, 2015, the Defendant, along with I, H, J, K, K, F, L, M, G,O, D, E, P, Q, R, S, and T, was in a gambling room on the second floor of “C” located in Sacheon-si B from around 13:00 to 20:00,000; and (b) received at least KRW 50,000 per capita card using 52 copies of each letter-based card in order to look back in the order of low number and pattern; (c) opened one card at two times to write the card at two times; and (d) opened the card at least three times; and (e) opened the card at least three times; and (e) opened the 10-day card by a person who has the total number of 1,000 square meters and the 20-day card at least 1,000 square meters.
