1. The Plaintiff’s cause of the claim is as shown in the attached Form, and the written reply submitted by Defendant Credit Guarantee Fund on June 26, 2019 is the purport that “No objection is raised to the cause of the claim.”
The remaining Defendants did not submit a written answer, and did not appear on the date of pleading.
Therefore, the cause of the claim is deemed to have been led to confession under Article 150(1) and (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
On the other hand, the lawsuit of this case has a benefit of confirmation for the withdrawal of deposit money.
2. However, as the defendant Credit Guarantee Fund wishes to mediate the costs of lawsuit in the above reply, and the plaintiff also stated that there is no objection against each party to the costs of lawsuit at the date of pleading, the costs of lawsuit shall be determined as per Disposition.
