1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 124,849,615 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 12, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
If the purport of the entire arguments is added to the statements in Gap evidence 1 and 2, the Lina metal corporation agreed to pay the plaintiff 124,849,615 won to the plaintiff on December 23, 2013, and the defendant guaranteed it on the same day.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 124,849,615 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 12, 2015 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Plaintiff.
