1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from April 20, 2013 to January 19, 2017, and the following.

Reasons

1. On September 20, 2012, the Plaintiff claimed a loan of KRW 10,00,000 to the Defendant on a monthly basis. The Defendant did not pay only interest until April 19, 2013, and the principal and interest thereon are not paid thereafter. Thus, from April 20, 2013 to the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, the Plaintiff claimed a payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 10,000 per annum, and 5% per annum from the following to the date of full payment.
