1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 133,831,614 and KRW 119,137,044 among them. From June 6, 2014 to December 6, 2015.

However, according to the “Provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the same Act was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 201
