(2) At the time of the death of J (the date of the family register death was registered on June 20, 197), K (K had already died on August 20, 1969 and succeeded to the said forests by the Plaintiffs, C, M, and N, their children, who were their children, to whom they were deceased, and 2,301 square meters (7,607 square meters). On November 17, 1940, K succeeded to the said forests by inheritance of the said forests (i.e., the date of family register death). (ii) At the time of the death of J (the date of family register death was registered on August 20, 1974), K (K had already been registered on August 20, 1969, the Plaintiffs, C, M, and N, who were their children, succeeded to the said forests, and (ii) the final inheritance of L was 2,574/640,340, and (iii) inheritance of the Plaintiffs 15/45/51/5,51465,5465, respectively.

B. With respect to the portion of the land divided into H forests and 8 square meters (3,769 square meters) and the portion of the land divided into H forests and 1 square meters (10,116 square meters) on June 25, 1974, each registration of ownership transfer under the name of Defendant C was made on the grounds of sale as of May 31, 1974 on the same day, and after the registration of ownership transfer was made for the sale as of June 4, 1974, the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the J was completed on June 3, 1974 on the same day, and after the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the grounds of sale as of May 10, 1983, the forest and 3200 square meters divided under the name of the Defendant C on May 9, 1983, and the forest and 4,000 square meters divided under the name of the Defendant C on May 19, 1983.
