A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On March 1, 2013, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven a CYF rocketing car, and led to a four-lane road at the 407K km at the CYF Gyeong-dong, Pyeong-dong, Pyeongnam-si, Sungnam-do along the one-lane from Busan to Seoul.
