A. On May 20, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase the purchase price of KRW 335,000,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). B. B. B. B, before the conclusion of the instant sales contract, the floor pipes of the toilet floor [1202, a long-term apartment 105,1102 (hereinafter “102”) of the said apartment 102 (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”).

(2) The Defendant knew of such fact and did not notify the Plaintiff at the time of the instant sales contract. The Defendant knew of the fact that the Plaintiff did not notify the Plaintiff at the time of the instant sales contract.

C. On July 14, 2015, the Plaintiff paid the purchase price to the Defendant in full, received 1202 delivery from the Defendant, and commenced the Rotterdam construction. Residents D, 1102 of the Rotterdam construction, found the Plaintiff and notified that he was in charge of the 1102 toilet, and the Plaintiff accepted the part of the 1102 toilet storage.

2. Determination

A. Due to the defect in 1202 which is the object of the instant sales contract, the Plaintiff suffered damages from the Plaintiff to pay repair expenses for the part of the toilet water leakages in 1102, and the Defendant is liable to compensate the Plaintiff for the Plaintiff’s damages.

B. According to the evidence evidence Nos. 4, 5, and 2, the Plaintiff’s scope of liability for damages: (a) removed the entire 1102 toilets (at least two rooms in a bank and a ward); and (b) performed construction again by re-construction of a toilet spring site No. 1102 after lighting the part in which the part in which the 1202 toilets connected the strings of the toilet floor pipelines of the toilet No. 1202; and (c) the expenses incurred by the said construction are KRW 1,265,00 (1,150,000 x 110%).
