A Fine of 2 million won, Defendant B, H, and Q are fine of 6 million won, Defendant C, G, L,O, and P. Each fine of 3 million won.

All the Defendants are patients treated at AC Hospital located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AB.

The Defendants issued a false diagnosis document or received a false hospitalization, and then issued a written confirmation of hospitalization, or received the actual treatment, but instead, received the treatment by the method of the school, such as not staying in the hospitalization room, and viewing the individual’s business, etc., but failed to submit a written confirmation of hospitalization to a large number of insurance companies for the claim for the maximum amount of hospitalization insurance proceeds.

1. A around October 18, 201, Defendant A claimed insurance proceeds from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance (main) office located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul to October 10, 201, to the victim Samsung Fire Insurance (main office) office located in 29, Defendant A received hospital treatment for a total of nine days from October 10, 201 to October 18, 201, on the ground that the above AC hospital was hospitalized for a disease, such as catitis, etc.

However, in fact, the defendant did not receive normal hospitalized treatment at the above AC Hospital during the above period, but did personal work, such as registering hospitalization only, leaving the hospital without permission, and performing external activities.

As above, the Defendant received total of KRW 2,145,150 from the victim insurance companies two times in total under the pretext of insurance money, such as deceiving the victim Samsung Fire Insurance (owner) and receiving KRW 1,825,150 as insurance money from the victim, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. Around January 6, 2011, Defendant B was hospitalized three times in total on the grounds of disease, such as 26 days of cryposis, from around December 9, 2010 to around January 3, 201, on the ground that he/she was hospitalized in the said AC hospital for a total of 26 days from around December 9, 2010, from around 11, 201 to around February 1, 201, and was hospitalized in the Republic of Korea for 22 days from around March 25, 2011 to around April 26, 201.
