Punishment of the crime
On September 5, 2019, at around 16:15, the Defendant was boarding the back seat of the private taxi of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, on the back seat of the victim B (the age of 69) drive on the road set forth in Seongdong-gu, Seongdong Island No. 41 Station, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and moved to the Seo-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. On the same day, around 16:25, the Defendant 16:25 on the road of Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for the victim to take a bath, and the victim took a bath on the ground that “the son, the son, and the son were able to take a bath, and the son was able to take a bath.”
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
