1. Around 08:51 on October 30, 2013, the Defendant taken pictures of female victims at least 14 times in total, as indicated in Appendix I, from March 11, 2014, from around 22:30, as shown in Appendix I, from the time to March 22:30, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant taken each other's body against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera.

On February 28, 2014, at around 13:36, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence in public places), at a female toilet located in the first floor of the Dcafeteria building in Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, that women were concealed in the stairs adjacent to the above female toilet, and that women were entering the above toilet due to their name and influence, they were able to take the sound of the name-free boxes using the above toilet in an empty space, in order to collect the Defendant’s cell phone in an empty space, and followed the above name-free boxes.
