1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 18,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 13, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) On the other hand, on the other hand, the defendant C and Seoul Guarantee Co., Ltd. (the withdrawal of the lawsuit against the defendant C and the Seoul Guarantee Co., Ltd.). (2) On the other hand, the grounds for recognition are as follows: "The plaintiff received KRW 10,00,000 from the defendant C after being paid KRW 10,000,000." (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
