[Criminal record] On March 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on April 29, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence.

[2] Defendant 1, who had worked in AB underground shopping mall No. 126 located in AB in Gu Government, was willing to open and dispose of a mobile phone with an identification card issued by customers to apply for a mobile phone subscription.

1. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant had been aware of the forgery of private documents and the uttering of the said investigation documents at AB underground stores No. 126 of the Gu Government-si AB World Commercial Building (AA) in the Gu Government-si on April 9, 2015

AE issued a copy of the resident registration certificate from the above AE to “to open one cell phone for performance”, and received the copy of the resident registration certificate from the above AE, and then stated “AE” in the column of the applicant for the mobile phone subscription application kept in the store without authority to open and use other mobile phones, and forged one copy of the application form for the mobile phone subscription under the name of AE, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, by signing the above AE on the name side of the applicant’s name, which is a private document on the rights and obligations. On the same day, the above AD store, which was forged in the above AD store, sent it to the employee in charge without knowledge of the forged fact.

In addition, until April 27, 2015, the Defendant committed a forgery of all the application for the entry of the cell phone in the name of the person listed in the attached crime list on nine occasions.

2. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent an application for a forged entry under the name of AE at the foregoing AD store to the employee in charge who was unaware of the forged fact; (b) had a legitimate right to open a mobile phone in the above AE name; and (c) paid the price on the face of a mobile phone via opening of the mobile phone.
