1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,00,000,000 and KRW 6% per annum from December 10, 2015 to July 26, 2016 and the next day.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 2015, the Defendant issued one set of KRW 1,000,000 at face value, KRW 3,000,000, check number C, Korean bank sperm branch at the place of payment, and one set of the number of shares per issue in blank (hereinafter “instant check”).
B. Around March 2015, the Madne Medical Foundation (hereinafter “Madle Medical Foundation”) drafted a letter of performance of the payment guarantee as follows (hereinafter “instant letter of performance”). The instant letter of performance is affixed with the seal of the Foundation of the Madle Medical Foundation and the seal of the Defendant’s representative and the seal of the Defendant’s representative. The back of the instant check is endorsed by the Madle Medical Foundation.
The letter of performance shall be drawn up in order to guarantee the payment jointly with the issuer for the check of this case issued by the Defendant (one hundred billion won by our bank sperm branch).

C.
