Basic Facts
The plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the trust of real estate and real estate development business, etc., and the defendant owned each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter "each real estate of this case").
C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) is the executor of a housing construction project that constructs an apartment complex in a single unit of each real estate of this case (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”).
C and Defendant and D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase each of the instant real estate (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) on December 18, 2018, including the conclusion of a sales contract for each of the instant real estate by the Defendant. The following bank accounts designated by the Defendant shall not be changed until the payment of the balance is made, and at the time of voluntary change, C shall deposit the unpaid purchase price and substitute the obligation to pay the purchase price.
