The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. At around 17:50 on February 3, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim D(23 years of age) and the parking problem within the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” on the ground that the victim’s belbows the victim’s belbows.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. The victim’s intention not to prosecute after the indictment of the instant case was instituted
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
