1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 29, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and the part exceeding the rate of 15% per annum among claims for delay damages pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the same Regulations is dismissed.
However, in applying Article 98 and the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
