A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

In addition, the Defendant, like the attached list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1, by deceiving the victims from January 18, 2017 to May 11, 201, received a total of KRW 1,320,000 from 12 victims by deceiving them by the aforementioned means.
On July 23, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will send the goods to the victim D who sent the price through L, M, etc.” by accessing the Internet car page to the Internet, and by posting a false statement to the effect that the Defendant sold the mobile phone at a closed space.”
However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.
Even if so, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred 150,000 won to the N account under the name of the defendant from the victim.
In addition, the Defendant, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) by deceiving the victims by the aforementioned methods, and received a total of KRW 2,430,642 from 18 victims.
The defendant of "2018 Highest 661" means that he/she pretends to sell contact diskettes and raises the price to a street flag, and on December 28, 2017, he/she around 13:10.
