1. Defendant A introduced E from a branch of land around June 2012, and around that time, the Defendant drafted the above E with a false employment certificate and a charter contract, and sought to receive workers’ pre-households.

On June 21, 2012, the Defendant submitted a G employment certificate and a charter agreement of H 401, etc. to F, an employee, at a location in the Suwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and concluded that “B is working in G, and the Plaintiff leased H 401, which is KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 won as it leased to G.”

However, the defendant did not work in G at the time, did not have any idea to rent and reside in the above house, and was thought to be used for personal purposes by dividing it into E after receiving the loan from the victim.

On June 21, 2012, the Defendant and E received 80,000 won from the National Housing Fund managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the victimized Republic of Korea through deceiving the loan manager as such, to the account of community credit cooperatives in the name of E on June 21, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with E.

2. On January 2013, Defendant B, upon receiving a proposal from Defendant B, by reporting an advertisement of “credit loans” at the intersection and providing a credit loan from one person I (n, 40) (n, 40) who became aware of by telephone, proposed that Defendant B would provide a loan. Defendant B, by preparing an I and a false certificate of employment and a charter contract, and came up to receive employee’s pre-households from the employee’s low-income bracket.

On January 30, 2013, the Defendant submitted a J-based certificate of employment and a pre-tax contract No. 101, 804, in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, to an employee who is unable to know his name at the bank located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to “B is working in J., and Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, the Defendant leased at KRW 101, 804, 101, 800,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.”
