1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 131,283,860 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 2, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
In the absence of dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff supplied the defendant with the global magnetic household from September 2015, and the total amount of the amounts of the household accounts was 131,283,860 and there is no counter-proof.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 131,283,860 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 2, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is clear that it is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case against the defendant sought by the plaintiff, as the total sum of household amounts to the plaintiff and after the due date.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
