On October 28, 2014, at around 20:25, the Defendant driven a B Sti-type car under the influence of alcohol content 0.166% at a section of about 2km from the front day of the Home Pluter, the Home Plusium, the Home Plusium, the Home Plusium, the Sinan-si, the Seoul Metropolitan City, to the front day of the “Slusium,” located in the same Ri, from around 2km to the road.
