1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff each share indicated in the separate sheet No. 2 as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.
1. Basic facts
A. Registration of preservation of ownership of each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1) and 17,851 square meters of land in the separate sheet No. 1 and 2 of the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant No. 1, 2, and 3”).
(1) Around October 24, 1917 and October 27, 1917, the fact was found in the name of the J, and the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate, which was in force as of June 15, 1995, was enacted by Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter “Real Estate Special Measures Act”).
The registration of initial ownership (1/2 shares) was completed in K and L name. 2) Each land listed in [Attachment 1] Nos. 3 and 4 of [Attachment 1] (hereinafter “each land of this case 4 and 5”. When the land of this case is collectively named, the registration of initial ownership was completed in M name on October 26, 1917, and the registration of initial ownership was completed in N name on July 9, 1965. The registration of initial ownership was completed in K, L, and O name on June 15, 1995 under the Act on Special Measures for Real Estate.
3) At the time of registration of initial ownership relating to the lands 1, 2, and 3 of this case, K, L, P, Q, and R’s letter of guarantee. At the time of registration of initial ownership transfer relating to the lands 4, 5 of this case, K, L, L,O, T, and U’s letter of guarantee completed registration of initial ownership transfer and registration of ownership transfer in accordance with each of the Real Estate Special Measures Act. (b) L (1) L died on April 24, 2008, after death of April 24, 2008, L’s heir, V, W, X, X, Y, AB, AB, AC, AD, and AE completed registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance on each of the lands of this case on December 22, 2010, the remaining inheritors except AC, and AE completed the registration of ownership transfer due to their inheritance shares on January 17, 2011.
2) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming the transfer of ownership based on the termination of title trust against AC and AE, which did not register the transfer of ownership (Seoul District Court Kimcheon-cheon.
