On December 10, 2020, from around 13:00 to 13:30 on December 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant did not work properly with the cell phone charging devices from the above victim on November 2020; (b) stated that “I do not have a telephone due to the wind that I would have been unable to get a telephone for the above victim; and (c) I would like to look back at the above place from around 15:00 on the same day to around 15:20 on the same day, I would like to read “I would be asked on the daily day of the weather and the same year; and (d) I would like to interfere with the business of the victim, such as selling of the cell phone and counseling by force.”

Summary of Evidence
