1. The payment order for the credit card use case against the plaintiff of the Sung Industrial Co., Ltd. is the order of this court's 2003 tea89 credit card use.
Reasons
A. As the Plaintiff’s obligation based on the payment order indicated in the order to indicate the claim becomes extinct according to the decision to grant immunity on September 3, 2013 by the Daegu District Court Decision 2013Da261, Sept. 3, 2013, the Plaintiff’s obligation based on the above enforcement title is denied.
(b) Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
