At around 13:10 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant driven a DNA car with approximately 5 meters in front of the convenience store in the 24th instance of the Jinhae, which is under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109% in the blood alcohol concentration of 0.109%, on the road in front of the convenience store.
