A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the employment stability law shall operate a labor supply business without obtaining the permission of the Minister of Labor;
The Defendant did not obtain an employment permit from the Minister of Labor, and sent Doessa from the owners of entertainment establishments in the racing-si, under the name of “B press room” from around January 2010 to around January 2017, the Defendant waiting for female employees, including E (n, at the time, 17 years old) in the “D” entertainment establishments in the racing-si, and sent Doesa among the owners of entertainment establishments in the racing-si.
(1) Upon receipt of a request to permit the use of the vehicle, etc., send such female employees to the entertainment center.

2. No person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act shall, for the purpose of profit-making, have juveniles drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange or instigate such acts;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, from March 2013 to September 2013, employed juveniles, such as E, F (at that time, 17 to 18 years old), G (n, at that time, 17 to 18 years old), as the trade name “B news room,” and, after the Defendant waiting for “I” entertainment stations located in H at the time of racing, sent a letter from the owners of the daily entertainment establishments at the time of racing.
(1) Upon receipt of a request to provide information, it shall be sent to the entertainment center by using the vehicle, etc.
In other words, male customers drink alcoholic beverages with drinking, singing, dancing, etc., and after having them provide entertainment services, they receive 5,000 to 65,000 won per two hours from the owners of entertainment establishments and receive 40,000 won among them.
