1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,645,780 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 13, 2010 to June 9, 2019.

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings is amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the damages for delay from the day after the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment is recognized as only the amount calculated at the rate of 12% per annum and the portion in excess is dismissed.
