No one shall sell tobacco which is a drug harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 18:00 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant sold to 5,000 won the tobacco “Sinopon”, which is a harmful drug to juveniles, without confirming the age to E (16 years of age) who is a juvenile, in Da located in Gyeongbuk-gun C., the Defendant sold to 5,00 won.
