마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs-related metropon (one-name penphone, hereinafter referred to as “copon”) as follows:
1. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones in the D’s house located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on November 11, 2017, in a manner of d’culing the philophones by inserting a large amount of philophones on the balone’s house and d’ing it by heating it on the balone’s house.
2. On November 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 300,000 in cash at the office of the said D around November 12, 2017; and (b) purchased a phiphone with a large amount of phiphones received from D, around November 12, 2017.
3. On November 13, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones in the G house located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-building F around November 13, 2017, by inserting the philophones into the glass pipe and raising the bottom thereof.
4. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant traded and administered phiphones, and the Defendant purchased phiphones by paying KRW 300,000 in cash at the guest room of the H building Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Geumcheon-gu around February 20, 2018.
On the same date and at the same place, the Defendant continuously administered philophones by inserting philophones into glass tubes and raising the bottom thereof.
5. From February 2018 to February 201
3. (1) On February 22, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in a guest room of the “H building” as of February 22, 2018, by inserting philophones into a glass pipe and raising the bottom of the philophones.
(2) On February 24, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in a guest room of the “H building” in a manner that puts a large amount of phiphones into a glass pipe and opens the bottom thereof.
(3) On March 2018, the Defendant put a shotphone into the glass pipe at the J House located in the first floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
