1. C-related crimes;

A. After forging an application for subscription to a forged official document, fraud, fabrication of private document, and uttering of a falsified private document, the Defendant conspiredd with D and D to acquire profits by taking advantage of the forged application for subscription to the mobile phone and a copy of the forged resident registration certificate from the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd.

On December 10, 2012, according to the above public offering, the Defendant arbitrarily prepared a new contract for mobile phone service in the F name while serving as an employee of the victim company C, a mobile phone sales store of the victim company E in Jeju-do, and submitted a copy of the forged resident registration certificate in the name of the head of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City as to the above F, which has been secured by the aforementioned D, through the e-mail from the above D, due to the unexpected circumstances.

After forging a new contract for mobile phone service in the above F F, which is a private document on rights and duties, the Defendant: (a) exercised it; (b) obtained a copy of the resident registration certificate in the name of the head of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is an official document in the name of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City; (c) obtained from the victim company that believed that the above F applied for a new service in the mobile phone by using a copy of the above F’s resident registration certificate in the name of the head of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, which is an official document; and (d) obtained the above F’s acquisition of one mobile phone E210S equivalent to the market price from the victim company in the form of 94,400, and forged each copy of the new contract for mobile phone service from December 10, 2012 to January 29, 2013 by forging it; and (d) obtained a total of 310,630 won from the victim company as stated in the attached Table 1 to 30.

B. Occupational breach of trust.
