1. On October 8, 2009, the criminal defendant against the victim B made a false statement to the victim B that "at the French coffee shop located in the Busan Soksan-dong, Busan, the defendant will give a maximum of KRW 30 million in total as deposit money for lease on a deposit basis, KRW 20 million in a restaurant construction work, and KRW 10 million in a restaurant construction work."

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to give the victim the right to operate the restaurant, and there was no intention or ability to return the money received from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 10 million won from the victim as down payment in the restaurant restaurant on the same day as the down payment, and acquired 2,675 million won in total through 13 times from October 7, 2010, as shown in the attached List of Crimes (1).

2. Around September 4, 2009, the Defendant against the victim D made a false statement to the victim D’s E-law office located in the Busan High-dong, Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, that “I will have the right to work for the neighborhood living facilities and hotel works outside C and two parcels of land, and will be subject to electrical construction. The construction drawings need to be sought. The money is insufficient. The Defendant would make a notarial deed on the face of KRW 10 million as the pre-paid payment for the construction work.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to allow the victim to execute electrical construction, and there was no intention or ability to return the money received from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained KRW 10 million from the victim for the same day as the pre-paid payment for construction work, and acquired it by deception, and acquired KRW 21.5 million in total five times until December 18, 2010, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (2).
