1. The Defendant shall support the Plaintiff with the Changwon District Court in relation to one-third share of 1/3 square meters, among the 1061 square meters in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon District Court.

Reasons

1. As a security for the loan amount of KRW 22,00,000 lent by the Plaintiff to indicate the claim, provisional registration was made on the real estate stated in the Disposition No. 1 of the Defendant’s ownership based on the purchase and sale reservation, and the Defendant did not pay the above money, thereby exercising the right to conclude the purchase and sale reservation.
