1. On February 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) indicated “the water distribution complex (D) for the purpose of fraud” as the title “the water distribution complex for the purpose of fraud” in the front of the C gas station located in the city of Gyeongnam-si; and (b) posted a water distribution complex manufactured by himself/herself with the victim D’s photograph, thereby impairing the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts.

2. Around March 2, 2015, the Defendant posted a water distribution complex for the above contents to the cable poles prior to the gas station C in the city of Gyeongnam-si, thereby damaging the honor of the victim by openly pointing out facts.

3. On March 7, 2015, the Defendant posted the water distribution complex of the aforementioned content to Gmatete Cable F in the Mad City F, thereby damaging the honor of the victim by openly pointing out facts.

4. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out a fact by posting the water distribution complex on the bus bus stops of I village H located at a macro-si.

5. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant posted each of the above contents at the C gas station C, the telephone boxes prior to F post offices, and the I Village bus stops located in H, thereby impairing the honor of the victim by openly pointing out facts.
