A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.
900,000 won from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On May 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court on May 26, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the previous Jeju Prison on May 6, 2018.
Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant:
1. On May 2018, 2018, from DoMocom C located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Maz. 304, one disposable injectionist (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) with a mecopic quantity from E, giving and receiving philophones without compensation, which includes a mecopic quantity;
2.On the same day of a day as paragraph 1, around the same day, in a manner of dilution with water in a single-use injection machine at a location like paragraph 1, and injection of phiphones into one’s arms after injection with water;
3.As described in paragraph 1, a philogram is administered by means of dilution with water in a single-use injection machine at the same place as in paragraph 1 of the A.M. on the following day after the receipt of philophones and injection with philophones into his arms;
4. On July 2018, in order to provide E with approximately KRW 500,00,00,00 for F apartment units 117 dong 1302 at the end of the end of the year, and purchase philophones by using approximately 1g philophones;
5.On the same day of a day as paragraph 4, around the same day, in a place like paragraph 4, filters with water in a single-use injection machine and administers phiphones by means of injection into one’s arms after dilution with water;
6.As described in paragraph 1, after two to three days from the date of purchase of phiphones, in a place referred to in paragraph 4, in which phiphones are mixed with water in a disposable injection machine, and phiphones are administered in a way of injecting them with water, and in an injection with their arms;
7.As described in paragraph 6, after two to three days from the date on which a phiphone was administered, the phiphone is administered in such a way as to dilution with water in a disposable injection machine at a place referred to in paragraph 4, after which the phiphone was administered, and in such a way as to injecting the phiphone into his arms.
8. In the same manner as paragraph 7, 2-3 days after the date on which a philophone was administered, the amount of philophones in the same place as paragraph 4.
