1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;
A. B (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered Mando Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Mando”) on September 27, 1994, and worked in the processing and quality control department as a production-based employee, and received medical care by suffering from her injury.
On February 15, 2011, the Deceased served in the processing and quality control department after returning to the National Assembly on February 15, 201, and served in the assembly process on May 16, 201.
B. On January 30, 2012, around 21:15, the Deceased complained of two copies at the Company, and showed the old soil symptoms, and was diagnosed as brain resistant transfusion after being transmitted to the Ansan Hospital.
On February 4, 2012, the Deceased died at around 16:30, when he/she was under emergency care and received treatment in a middle-patient room.
The direct death of the deceased is a stop of cardiopulmonary function, and the intermediate winner is a brain-resistant donation.
C. On May 16, 2012, the Plaintiff, the wife of the Deceased, requested the bereaved family’s benefits and funeral expenses on the ground that “the deceased’s death constitutes an occupational accident,” but was dismissed by the Defendant on June 22, 2012.

The plaintiff filed a request for examination against this, but was dismissed by the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Reexamination Committee on April 18, 2013.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. On May 16, 201, the Plaintiff’s assertion deceased was issued as a bracing business headquarters and worked in the assembly process, and thereafter one week thereafter, the Plaintiff worked in the assembly process. The assembly process has been accumulated due to the high demand of a new producer, such as two to three hours a day, one month overtime, three to four hours a month, and one hour holiday work. The assembly process is required to maintain a tension during working hours, such as a 17 work process and a tallying test for each process.
