1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 18% per annum from August 1, 2011 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: (a) on October 28, 2010, the Plaintiff leased KRW 150 million to the Defendant at the time of the completion of construction of the officetel in Seosung-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, for the repayment period; and (b) on May 13, 2015, upon receipt of a loan certificate from the Defendant to the end of March 2016, the Plaintiff was issued with the intent to repay the above loan from the Defendant, but the Defendant did not repay the loan; and (c) accordingly, the instant claim was named by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
