1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 18, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Except for correction of the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the copy of the complaint is served, the damages for delay to indicate the claim shall be as stated in the reasons for the claim; and
