1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from July 15, 2017 to July 8, 2018.

Reasons

1. The facts in the separate statement as to the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties or are recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in Gap evidence No. 1 through 6. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at each rate of 40,000,000 won for the remainder of the deposit due to the cancellation of agency contract and 5% per annum under the Civil Act from July 15, 2017 to July 8, 2018, the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, from the next day to the day of full payment.
