같은 방향 후방 1차로에서 2차로로 차로를 변경하여 D대교로 진입해 진행하는 피해자 G(65세)가 운전하는 H K5 택시의 우측 앞 범퍼 측면을 피고인의 차량 좌측 뒤 범퍼로 충돌하여 위 피해자의 택시가 좌측으로 튕겨나가면서 D대교 북단 진입로 중앙분리대에 설치된 차량 충격흡수대를 앞 범퍼로 충격하였다.
