1. Attached appraisal maps (1), (2), (8), (7), and (1) shall be successively linked to each point of the land listed in attached Table No. 1;
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of 520 square meters in Dacheon-si (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”) and the house above the ground. The Defendant is the owner of the building adjacent to the Plaintiff, Dongcheon-si (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) and the building above ground. The location of each of the above land is also the same as the result of the boundary restoration surveying in the annexed sheet.
B. Of the Plaintiff’s land, the width of the part adjacent to the boundary line of the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table and paragraph (2) of the attached Table is used as a road. The Plaintiff acquired 52.6/274 of the land of 2274 square meters prior to the division, and used part of the said land (which is a part of the attached Table appraisal map) as a passage from the Plaintiff’s land to its meritorious service.
C. On September 25, 1998, the Plaintiff transferred 23.8/2274 of the Plaintiff’s share in E’s 2274 square meters prior to the subdivision to the Defendant, and the Defendant was the same B.
Through the current state of port entry roads, the defendant's land is passing through the same passage way as the plaintiff.

Each land indicated in the list is divided into 2274 square meters before the division. The Plaintiff owns 57.6/48 of each 4548 and 4490.4/40 of each 4548 shares. Of the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list, the area of the attached appraisal in the attached list is 26 square meters (i.e., (ii) the area of the part on board (B) connected with each of the items in the attached list (hereinafter “instant passage route”) is 26 square meters (i.e., the area of each land indicated in the attached list x 2062 square meters x 57.6/48 square meters x the area of each land indicated in the attached list x the Plaintiff’s share x 57.6 square meters x the number of the land indicated in the attached list x the Plaintiff’s share 8, 3, 4, 5,

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The plaintiff's assertion of the parties is the plaintiff's ownership in each land listed in the separate sheet, and the remaining land belongs to the defendant.
