Punishment of the crime
On March 8, 2016, the Defendant driven BMW car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.116% from a section of approximately 500 meters to the primary apartment road located in the same Dong from the front of the “spam spam spaming” road in the short-gu short-term city, Hanju-si, Seoul, Seoul, to the end of the first apartment site in the same Dong.
